7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your plugin, you may request a refund within 7 days from the purchase date. We will issue a refund excluding the payment gateway fees, as these costs are non-refundable on our end.
- Your request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- You must provide the order email or license key.
- You must allow us the opportunity to troubleshoot or resolve any issues related to the product.
Refunds Excluding Gateway Fees
Payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.) do not return their processing fees when a refund is issued. Therefore, all refunds will be processed minus the original gateway/processing fee.
If the plugin cost $49 and the gateway fee was $2.50, your refund would be $46.50.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date.
- Failure to provide requested information needed to assist with troubleshooting.
- Refund requests for service fees, custom development, or non-plugin products.
